Project Overview
Rollout covered 2 outlets → 6 outlets, unified POS, batch/expiry tracking, and nightly backups. Training delivered in සිංහල/English for cashiers and managers.
We migrated items, customers, and opening stock via CSV, configured receipt branding (Sinhala/English), enabled low-stock/expiry alerts, and built PDF sales/GP reports. Uptime & security hardened on AWS with automated snapshotting.
